Wound Care Seminar

Important Information for Members

Resolution Consideration

All proposed bylaws changes must be submitted to Mike Mathy, CAE, Executive Director (mmathy@ohfama.org) prior to September 19, 2022 per OHFAMA bylaws (60 days notice).

The final form of the proposed amendments shall be submitted by the Secretary to each Academy no later than 14 days prior to the annual meeting of the Association.

An emergency amendment may be submitted after the deadline if it meets the following criteria:

  • The policy proposition addresses an issue whose urgency has come to light after the submission deadline has
  • Clear evidence exists to support argument that the urgency and information pertaining to the matter came to light after the
  • Demonstrate that the Association and/or profession may experience irreparable harm if the matter is not considered at the Association’s annual meeting of the same calendar
  • Complete supporting documentation is provided by the
  • Sufficient information is available and time provided for the Association to assist in the development of the proposition, for the Board of Trustees to review the final form of the proposition and the Budget and Finance Committee to review the proposition if it necessitates the expenditure of
  • The Board of Trustees has determined the proposition has met the criteria of an emergency amendment of the bylaws

Amendments that do not meet the above criteria shall be referred to a subsequent Annual Business Meeting.
