Accreditation
The Ohio Foot and Ankle Medical Foundation is approved by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education as a provider of continuing education in podiatric medicine. The Ohio Foot and Ankle Medical Foundation has approved this activity for a maximum of 5 continuing education contact hours.
Virtual Meeting Details
Registrants will attend the seminar virtually, which will give the registrant the ability to watch the seminar from their home or office. The week of the symposium, an email will be sent with a login link and instructions. The email will be sent to the email that was used for registration, and once you are logged in that will record your attendance. Attendees will be able to ask questions through the question box during the symposium.
The seminar will not be recorded, and registrants will need to attend during the live presentations to receive continuing education credit. There will also be attendance polls launched during the seminar.

Cancellations
For paid registrations, a $25 administration fee will be charged. Cancellations must be received in writing to OFAMF prior to September 18, 2023. No refunds for cancellations will be honored after that date.
Changes to Lectures or Schedules
360 Care and OFAMF reserves the right to adjust or change any lecture or schedule due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts. Note: There are limited spaces and registrations are on a first come first served basis.

About the Faculty:
Dr. William Dunleavy, DPM owns a podiatry practice in Easton, Pennsylvania and has 41 years of experience in Podiatric Foot & Ankle Surgery. He graduated from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in 1982 and completed his residency at Temple University Hospital in 1984. Dr. Dunleavy provides comprehensive medical and surgical care for a wide spectrum of foot and ankle conditions, disorders and injuries that affect people of all ages.
Dr. Melissa Gaffney, DPM has been a podiatrist for 27 years, currently in practice with 360 Care, Greeneville, TN. Previously, she practiced at Takoma Medical Associates from 2013-2018 and then at Ballad Health Medical Associates from 2018-2020, also in Greeneville, TN. Dr. Gaffney owned Podiatry Associates of Eastern Ohio from 1997-2007. She was an Assistant Professor at Quillen College of Medicine, ETSU 2007-2013. Dr. Gaffney completed her surgical residency at Crozer-Chester Health System and has been Board Certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery since 2000.
Dr. Scott Giaimo, DPM graduated from the Barry School of Podiatric Medicine in 1996 and completed his residency training at Botsford General Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Dr. Giaimo was in private practice for ten years before starting the Podiatry Division for 360 Care in 2008. As their National Director of Podiatry, he oversees 120 Podiatrists throughout 16 states. Dr. Giaimo has become an expert in Health Care Compliance through his work with 360 Care and his membership in HCCA.
Dr. Annette Joyce, DPM practices in Pawleys Island, South Carolina, where she has worked for 5 years as a Medical Director for 360 Care, serving seniors in long-term residential environments. She is the past Secretary for the South Carolina Podiatric Medical Association and the 2021-2022 State CAC representative for the American Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Joyce has been voted “One of the Most Influential Podiatrists in America” by Podiatry Management Magazine and was a past Member of the Board of Trustees for the Council for Nail Disorders. She is a frequent lecturer and a founding member and past conference chair of DERMfoot, the nation’s only conference dedicated to lower extremity skin disorders. In her spare time, Dr. Joyce participates in peer review for the Journal of the American Podiatric Medical Association (JAPMA) and the Foot and Ankle Quarterly Journal.
Dr. Corbett Elizabeth Toussaint, DPM is a Podiatry specialist in Prosperity, South Carolina with over 19 years of diverse experience. She graduated from Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in 2004. Dr. Toussaint brings her expertise to the offices of Lovelace Family Medicine in Prosperity, SC and to her own practice in Columbia, SC.
