This one day meeting and seminar will present current concepts and techniques applicable to daily practice in foot and ankle medicine, wound care, patient management and surgery. This seminar will provide 4 CE Hours. We are still awaiting speaker confirmations before announcing our final line-up for the program. Details will be posted in early September at http://westvirginiapma.weebly.com.

Who should attend: Podiatrists, Residents and vendors for podiatry.

Registration:
Registration will begin at 8:30am

Fees:
Member fee $35.00 (includes lunch and CE)
Nonmember fee is $70 (includes lunch and CE) – Join now and pay member pricing
Resident’s and Life Members fee is $0 – but you need to be register.
Please advise if you require a vegetarian meal or have food allergies.

Vendors:
Vendors fee $250 for a table top display table. (includes lunch). Set up at 7:30am; break down at 12:30 when the meeting concludes. See your accounts in one place and enjoy lunch.


WVPMA Faculty:

Ahmad Bali, MD
Dr. Bali is a vascular surgery physician in South Charleston and is affiliated with multiple hospitals, including CAMC and St. Francis Hospital. He received his medical degree from University of Aleppo Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Bali specialize in Vascular Surgery.                                                            

Carrie Gosselink, DPM                                                                                 
Dr. Gosselink is a graduate of Des Moines University School of Osteopathic and Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Gosselink completed her residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at the University of Florida and Shands Hospital in Jacksonville, FL. She specializes in diabetic wounds and works one day a week at the St Francis Wound Care Clinic. Dr. Gosselink joined Bone and Joint Surgeons in August of 2010 and serves as the WVPMA President-Elect.           
                                                                                                    
Nicholas Bremer, MD                                                                                                      
Dr. Bremer is fellowship-trained in interventional pain. He completed Pain Medicine fellowship training at Columbia University and trained in Anesthesiology at New York University. He received his medical degree from the University of Vermont College of Medicine, and  his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University.                                                                        

Paul S. Legg, M.D.
Dr. Legg is a native of Beckley, WV. He is a graduate of West Virginia University and received his Doctorate of Medicine from WVU School of Medicine. He completed his orthopaedic surgical residency at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. He has served as Chief, Department of Orthopaedics, CAMC in 2002 and is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.                                                                                              
Glenn Ridenour, MD
Dr. Glenn Ridenour graduated from West Virginia University School of Medicine in 1998.  He is affiliated with CAMC and Thomas Hospitals and specializes in infectious diseases.     


Rooms:
There is no room block for this event. Should you wish to come in the evening before, there is an Embassy Suites less than half a mile from the Hospital, (304) 347-8700.

ADA Policy:
No person shall be denied registration or participation in any continuing education program provided by this Association for reasons of race, religion, sex, national origin or physician ability. Cancellations:
A $10 administration fee will be charged. Cancellations must be received to WVPMA by no later than October 2 at noon. No refunds for cancellations will be honored after that date.
